Where do you ship to?

All 50 States, Washington D.C., all US territories (American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Marian Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and all Armed Forces postal designations (APO,FPO). 

 What methods of shipping do you use?

Our orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.

 About how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We do our very best to send out your order as quickly as possible. Because most of our items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted.

What is your customer guarantee?

At KVK Naturals, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or are not happy with your purchase or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know we will exchange it or issue a refund within 30 days of receipt.  If the product has been used, we cannot accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES for hygiene reasons, but we can issue a replacement.

Is there sales tax?

Yes, for New Jersey customers : 6.625% sales tax.

What happens once I place an order online?

We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail letting you know that your order has been received. 

 Will I receive confirmation once my order is shipped?

We will send you an e-mail message confirming that your order has been shipped.

Ordering from KVK Naturals is guaranteed safe. All registration and credit card information is stored on a secure server accessed only by our staff.

At KVK Naturals we believe that safeguarding your online privacy is our responsibility. We will only use this information within KVK Naturals to send out newsletters or announcements to our customers.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES for hygiene reasons.

The ingredients are posted with each product listing, so if you have allergies, sensitivities or a question, send me a message before you make the purchase.

Open and inspect your box immediately when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and email it to Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost.
