Open and inspect your box immediately when it arrives. If you're not happy with your item for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product must be in the same condition you received it in, and in the original packaging. Any product considered worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded.

If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and Email Us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost. We will issue a return label to ship it back.
